Well, this is how this father takes to such things..

Angry father lures man to home makes him strip and tases him repeatedly before calling the Police..

The man who sent a minor the naked photo is not charged and the father is charged with making criminal threats, false imprisonment, assault with a stun gun, assault with a deadly weapon and other gun charges.


For you fathers who have daughters. What is your opinion??

I do not have a daughter, but I have a hard time condoning the father.. I can't imagine the outrage a parent feels when their precious daughter has her innocence taken (Even if they are not so innocent)..

Texting nude photos is so commonplace, I wonder if this even constitutes a crime. Is a 17-year-old a minor? What if they had had sex? Would the boyfriend be guilty of rape?

You are right. He isn't too smart.. Should of never called the police..

At least it would of been harder to file charges against him...

Added note: The dude was 23 years old and she was 17 years old. So would there be rape? No, of course not. But I think there might be laws of having sex with a minor (If 17 is considered a minor, depending on the state and this was in Colorado). Even if it is consensual..

23 and 17 is a pretty big age difference. I remember guys in my mission harassing my companion because his girlfriend was going to still be in high school when he got home from his mission (and he went to a semester of college before the mission). Basically, he was 21 and she was 17 or 18 when he got home (he attended the prom a few months after he got home, to the amusement of dozens of guys in my mission).

So, 23 and 17 is even worse. The guy is old enough to have graduated from college and the girl is old enough to be a junior in high school. There's a significant difference in experience levels.

Is it ironic that I'm posting this while using a Wooderson avatar? Absolutely.
