Next up: Big Papi, Manny and Pujols.
Bonds' people are not going to have him go down without outing all the biggies.

Cal Ripken...I don't believe he juiced. Or Tony Gwynn for that matter. But there aren't many that fall into that category, that's for sure."They're good. They've always been good" - David Shaw.
Well, because he thought it was good sport. Because some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.

It's time for Selig to go. All of this happening under his watch is inexcusable.
But the man who has ruined baseball more than any other is Donald Fehr. He needs to be drawn and quartered for what he's done as director of the players union. He's basically held the sport hostage with his inflexible way of working.
I hate Fehr more than I hate the Lakers."Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance and the gospel of envy; its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery." - Winston Churchill

There's something dirty about the way these results get released to the media. I mean, it's kind of an ends justify the means approach isn't it? Players took the tests in 2003 being told that results were in essence a survey and would be private. They are seized under warrant and then released anonymously to the media? It's the anonymous leaks that bother me I guess.

I'm enough of a conspiracy theorist to think that the results were leaked to the media for reasons more than exposing baseball's steroid problem. I can't think of any other reasons specifically, but it wouldn't surprise me to learn that it was a personal vendetta against one or more players."Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance and the gospel of envy; its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery." - Winston Churchill

If it can be proven that the Union is tipping players to upcoming tests, I wonder what will happen? shakeup of union leadership? stricter testing policies? jail time for anyone? loss an anti-trust exemption?
Not sure what the implications are, but for whatever reason, I feel that the more damaging info comes to light, the better it will eventually be for fans of the game. This sport needed to be purged because the entire thing is corrupt, the players are cheating en masse, and the leadership is facilitating the illegal behavior. Es Problemas!Fitter. Happier. More Productive.

I'd rather MLB be loaded with Double A talent who doesn't cheat. IOW, start over."Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance and the gospel of envy; its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery." - Winston Churchill
