This is just awesome. It solved multiple problems by sheer elbow grease. I love the Peace Corps and what it tries to accomplish, both in the communities and the volunteers.

This reminds me of Engineers without Borders and the BYU chapter of Engineers without Borders. One of their more famous projects was the merry-go-round that recharged batteries for lights. This is a very good organization to donate to, IMHO. Not only does it benefit people in third world countries but it also helps engineering students learn how to think "outside the box" to come up with creative solutions to real world problems.

"I honestly believe saying someone is a smart lawyer is damning with faint praise. The smartest people become engineers and scientists." -SU.
"Yet I still see wisdom in that which Uncle Ted posts." -creek.

A school made out of garbage.

          Thank you America!
          Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."
