I thought I read he had 4200 groups he gets tweets from.

Much like President Obama and his religious advisor, I am not a fan of guilt by association. Especially an association as weak as 1/4200 tweeting associates. Methinks that Huffington Post might like this however!

I think the good fellow is just following our dear President's advice and example of reading opposing viewpoints and being more tolerant. As the good President demonstrates if we get that way we will never attempt to villify the motives of our opponents but can then engage them in open debate and find consensus upon which Utopia can be built! WEEEEEEEE!

I'm choosing to mostly ignore your fatuity here and instead overwhelm you with so much data that you'll maybe, just maybe, realize that you have reams to read on this subject before you can contribute meaningfully to any conversation on this topic.

Please visit stromfront.org and look around and tell if you would add that page to your twitter or google reader.
Did the guys feeds include civil rights groups etc.? If they did what you say might have merit but I still see no reason for a public official who is trying to reform a system and put worth a law which can be viewed as racist would risk being associate with a group of peole who love hitler.

I don't know what his other 4199 twitter feeds were. I don't see any reason for it either. I think it is stupid but I no more accept that Obama is a racist because of his religious leader than I do that this guy is a racist because of a twitter feed. Now if it is the law you don't like that is a legitimate reason to judge the man as that is something he did.

My opinion on the law is that it represents a great deal of normal anglo Arizonians deepseeded frustration with the immigration issue. It is dumbheaded because, like most immigration ideas, it does not do what it can to cut off demand for illegal aliens. However, patronizing angry Arizonians by calling them simpleminded racists is not going to solve the problem. The issue is nobody wants to take on the issue. Democrats, or more namely their labor constituents want guest workers about as much as I want to look at Rosie ODonnel nekid, and Republicans don't want to rock the boat of the Ag industry, and other business core constituents, that use the cheap labor. I think the lack of political fortitude is upsetting the Arizonians and one is seeing that frustration seething to the top...but undoubtedly the AZ Senate Majority Leader's twitter account is infinitely stupid because it is allowing proponents of the status quo an opportunity to make the issue about him being a racist instead of the issue.
