By legal troubles you mean he has to testify at the trial of the bad guy that he stopped from killing a bus load of virgins on their way to being raped. He injured the perp so badly that the trial won't be until October.

Legal troubles? did they go into detail?

Great. Now OU has hope in the BLUE RIVER SHOOTOUT.

SU's muse predicts we're going to get murdered in that game. Murdered I tell you.
          Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

LOL.. this is getting comical. Good for Van Noy for sticking to his commitment to BYU, but a DUI the week before LOI day???? Come on buddy.

How is this news being received on Jefe's board? Can we say Marquis Wilson?

Hee hee. Almost as good as had X signed with Utah. By that I mean for meltdown inducing material. I love to see those bastards on CB writhe in misery. Suffer, c'cks'ck'rs.

I think that besides this Van Noy incident, the recent drinking party incident, the 3 swim team members stealing a car incident, the lacrosse player mall robbery incident, the water balloon/burglary incident, the Rashaun Broadus DUI incident, Manase Tonga's arrest warrent violation incident, Matangi Tonga's felony burglary incident, Laci Plaisted's drug arrest incident, the drunken gang rape incident, the mop assault incident, Fahu Tahi's movie theater assault incident, Tahi's DUI/drug arrest incident, and the Stevenson-pulling-a-gun-during-a-fight incident, it is very clear that BYU is different....it is the place to be if you want a good, religious experience.

What? No mention of Trevor Molini? Ryan Cuff? (rather appropriate for this forum, no?)?

I don't like to dwell on the negative.
