A guy in north salt lake says he's going to sue the city because of a landslide at his house. The guy decides to build or buy a home on a steep hillside. He doesn't consult a geologist or geotechnical engineer before he does. How the heck is this the city's fault?
Here's another story involving lawsuits:

A fellow named Christiansen is being sued because he hit his brakes when a car coming the other direction swerved into his lane, and a bunch a bike riders behind him slammed into the back of his vehicle. It's the responsibility of any bike or vehicle to drive in a way that they can safely stop without hitting the vehicle in front of them.
I can understand them suing the guy that swerved into their lane, but the guy that hit his brakes?
This is all insane. Nobody wants to take personal responsibility for anything.
To the lawyers representing these non-responsible injured parties:
Thanks, you parasites. Get a real job.
