Who, besides me, stays at places like this? Oil ministers from the Middle East?

I also saw a Fortune article a while back identifying the richest man in the world. Turns out it was a Mexican Telecom executive. Can't he share some of his wealth with his countrymen to improve their lives? Or perhaps he already is.
