    Apparently he had originally signed with BYU. Anyone know anything about his? Junkie maybe?

        He was a preferred walk on. I am guessing he thinks he will have a chance to play earlier at Utah as he is already an RM and they will be losing quite a few linebackers after this year, unless they want him to beef up and play D-end.

        *edit: a coworker of mine knows the family and said that Tyson wants to pursue a career in medicine and thinks he would have a better chance doing so at the U. So it looks like it was strictly an academic decision.

          Thanks for the insight. Whatever reason it was, if he's even half as good as his dad was, I'm glad he's decided to play at Utah.
