This guy kills me. He basically takes TBS information, pretends that he does not have a subscription there, throws in his anonymous "sources" and calls it his own.

Yet CB eats it up and all of his posts end up as top threads. It is unbelievable.

I've never paid much attention to him - is he the guy who always has a photo in the middle of his posts? If that's him, I will agree that he is really annoying.

I remember the King and I back in 1993. They had no screener for calls and their calls were always some punk that said they sucked and hung up. Worst show ever.

I listened to their show once a month, for the simple reason that they didn't have enough listeners to make any of the call-in prizes very competitive. I won many a free dinner off their show over the short period it was on the air. Probably at least 6. That's the only reason I listened.

I must have been out of town by the King and I, but it couldn't possibly have been worse than its predecessor, The King and Gina, which paired Barry with Tom's little girl Gina Barberi, who knew less about sports than my wife. My favorite memory from the show was when a caller was talking about the best players int eh NBA, and asked Gina who she thought the top 5 were. Her answer went something along the lines of:

"Stockton and Malone, of course."
pause
"Jordan".
longer pause.
Continuing pause
Barry jumping in to change the topic.
