I am here, as promised, to declare the WAC champ is better than the MWC champ. As of this moment, the WAC deserves an auto-bid more than the MWC and PAC 10.

Assuming either Utah or BYU were in the WAC instead of BSU, wouldn't they be undefeated as well?

The only team that matters is the best team in the conference. We now know that both TCU and Oregon could not win the WAC. We could argue all day about teams 2-9, but the champs settled it on the field.

I don't know, but i'm sure neither of them could beat TCU.

That is bull. So because BSU beat Oregon, they would have beat all PAC 10 teams if they played? And all MWC teams? FSU would have beaten all MWC teams besides TCU?

you are all over the map. you were just using the transitive property earlier this evening. decide which inconsistency you want to promote and then come back and let everyone know.

You mean when you said BSU and TCU were illegitimate because they are "mid-majors"?

Read what I wrote again. I didn't say Boise would win the PAC 10 or MWC. I said Oregon and TCU couldn't win the WAC. There is a big difference. Boise beat all of the teams in the WAC, plus TCU and Oregon.

That does not mean the WAC>MWC.

It means the WAC champ is better than the MWC champ. It was settled on the field. Who cares if the 7th place MWC team could beat the WAC 7th place team? Conference strength is a stupid argument anyway. The best team in each conference is all that really matters when it comes to bowls and National Championship implications. The 7th place teams won't be playing in the BCS bowls.

I didnt say that. No wonder you are rambling on and on.

You made fun of the "defensive battle" and said welcome to the mid majors, implying a lack of legitimacy for non BCS teams.

I actually did neither of those things. In a thread questioning your literacy, you would be well-served to carefully proof-read prior to posting.

Your logic skills require polishing, as well. In this thread, you are simultaneously arguing that one team does not make an entire conference, yet you take umbrage at an implied "lack of legitimacy for [all] non BCS teams."

Go home and train. Come back in 6 months.
