The coolest thing about this football season

This hasn't really been discussed yet on CUF or CG, but did anyone else notice....

In addition to BYU and Utah, the other 3 main teams that are discussed/followed here:

1. SC (me, Sipi)
2. Sooners (Barbaragordon)
3. Texas (Lebowski)

Oregon is now on this list for next season, but HFN joined up more recently, so Oregon wasn't really a huge topic of discussion at the beginning of the year.

Utah, SC, OU, and Texas were all in the NC discussion going into the final week of the season. How cool is that? What are the odds? Made this year's football talk much more spicy than most message boards, I would imagine.

If I had a vote for message boards, I would vote CUF #1.

I've decided to like the BCS. With the BCS, there is never any real clarity about which team is the country's best. We have a 'champion,' but are they the best? Who knows? This ambiguity fits my atheistic outlook a lot better.
