Rocks with a splash of soda is the DRINK OF CHAMPIONS!
There's no such thing as luck, only drunken invincibility. Make it happen.

Tila Tequila and Juggalos, America’s saddest punchline since the South.

For those participating at home, it is essential that you drink a SINGLE MALT SCOTCH. Brand is unimportant, but it is essential that whatever brand you choose is a SINGLE MALT SCOTCH.

Some suggestions, for those of you who aren't scotch drinkers:

A great, relatively inexpensive Speyside scotch

        Description:

        Color: Medium gold or amber.

Nose: The sherry comes through due to the second.

        Body: Full.

Palate: Mellow, rich and smooth. An interesting complexity that will make you pay attention to detail as you taste this very unique malt.

Finish: Warming. Long-lasting, with the complexity still getting one's attention. The sherry is evident, with a most interesting fullness.

        Proof 86

Technically a Highland whiskey though it's produced in an area (coastal) that more closely matches the Islay region.

        Description:

        Color: Olive gold.

Nose: Rich sweetness and fruits - oranges, lemons and pears, with sea-salt and peaty smokiness.

        Body: Full, rich.

Palate: Mouth-filling late autumn fruits - dried figs and honey-sweet spices; followed by a smoky malty dryness.

Finish: Long, smooth-sweet finish with oak-wood, dryness and a grain of salt.

        86 proof

        A true Islay

        Description:

        Colour: Full, refractive, gold

Nose: Very peaty with the tangy sweetness of the sea

        Body: Full and hardy

Palate: Richly smoky, fully peated, with still a hint of sweetness, salty

        Finish: Lingering and unique

Not sure on the proof, probably about the same as above.
There's no such thing as luck, only drunken invincibility. Make it happen.

I find it ironic that I took a break from studying a pharmacology lecture on alcohol to read this post.

That song ruined irony. How ironic

Anyway, I've got plenty of spoons but I could sure use some of these other drugs I'm studying right now. Especially the ADHD meds.

Ooh, there was a bunch of pushing and shoving during warmups. "Shampoo the WAC is better!!" "No, Conditioner The MWC is better!!"

You can throw out the records when the New Mexico Bowl trophy is on the line!
