  • The OFFICIAL BCS National Championship Game Thread

Football is now more important than this country's legal system (if it weren't already). An Alabama Judge has granted a Motion to Continue in a trial in Jefferson County, Alabama on grounds that the majority of the defendants' counsel would be in Pasadena.

The Plaintiff's Opposition was apparently based on the fact that he was an Auburn fan.

Attached is a pdf of the actual motion, if anyone cares to read it (2 pages long).

Edit: apparently we can't upload anything bigger than 19.5kb! This three paged .pdf is 74kb. Oh well, PM me if you really want to read it.
Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

Isn't your job based on the fact people pay you to read things for them? Don't give away what you can sell.

What I want to know is why the hearing was even scheduled for that day in the first place? No hearings should ever be scheduled in Alabama on the BCS championship day...we should expect to be there every year. Silly judge. Silly court.
