Assuming Utah beats the Cougs, a USC/Utah match-up in the Fiesta Bowl seems likely IMO.
My bowl predictions:
NCG
Florida vs. Oklahoma
This would mean that an OU win over TT is enough to move them ahead of UT in the B12 South standings (the head-to-head tiebreaker would be circular for OU/TT/UT, thus moving the tiebreaker to whichever team is higher in the BCS rankings).
Rose
Oregon St. vs. Penn St.
If they don't make the NCG, the PAC10 and Big10 champs and the Rose Bowl are contractually committed to each other (see the "Team-Selection Procedures" section here: http://www.bcsfootball.org/bcsfb/eligibility)
Fiesta
USC vs. Utah
I think USC is an easy pick for the Fiesta committee, selecting Utah might be harder for them. Given that SLC is within reasonable driving distance and the current economic environment, picking Utah makes sense.
Sugar
Alabama vs. Texas
Orange
ACC winner vs. Big East winner
The Orange Bowl has the NCG to make up for this shafting.
