You have the ball with 5 minutes to go and are up 3. Your choices are:
A) Run the ball out of the I formation where you've had success all day and can run some clock and play field position
OR
B) Get in the shotgun and try to throw the ball with your QB who is playing like a New Mexico Lobo
If our OC doesn't brainfart on an equal or perhaps greater level by calling the damn Wildcat formation pass that hasn't worked all damn day, it could have very well cost you the game.
I am puzzled by their unwillingness to go with what is working?
