Single Post Signatures

I've noticed several posters on this board always end their post with a signature. I'm not talking about the classic sig line with pictures and quotes, all separated from the body of the post by a line. I'm talking about a simple signature.

For example, Space Ghost always ends each post with "cheers." As far as I can tell, he ends EVERY post that way. Another one is U-Ute, who always puts, well... U-Ute.

I know that I don't care enough to actually type something each time. Is that what you two are doing? Do you have some sort of macro enabled?
