Wow. Three from the MWC and one who passed through.

    Not bad.

Interesting that you make the cut off at 5 years. Chris Peterson has a career winning percentage of .875 and climbing, yet he is in his 4th year. I guess he will have to wait for next year to claim the crown.

Amazing that with a win this weekend, KW and Bronco will be all square at 44 wins.

Well, because he thought it was good sport. Because some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.

But if the cougars win then wouldn't Bronco have 45?

even more amazing is that if Bronco and Kyle continue on this current pace for another 39 more years, they still won't have the winning percentage of Paterno or Bowden.

44 years and winning 75% of your games. That is astounding.

Whit's premier win as a HC is obvious. What is Bronco's "highlight" win as a HC?

It would have to be OU I would guess.

What's the point of this question?

because even the Clippers and the Timberwolves like to argue amongst each other for superiority.

In a list like the one above, Kyle and Bronco supporters should probably both just be quiet.

Pete Carroll, Urban Meyer, Gary Patterson, and Nick Saban's signature wins were over Oklahoma too.

I bet Whit's numbers don't include the FIESTA BOWL win. Add that to his W's.

Since compiling that list, Pete Carroll finished 3-3 and Urban Meyer 6-1, which means Meyer "retires" at #1 with an .842 mark, with Carroll down to .836.

FWIW, amongst retired coaches, Barry Switzer won .857 in 16 seasons at OU. I don't know if that's the highest though.

..and where did that get Bowden? On the unemployement line.
