I'll add the qualifier that after going back and reading their methodology ("methodology collects data on single-family home re-sales, capturing re-sold sale prices to form sale pairs") that that particular index could do anything in a market where sales pairs would indicate a problem with the borrower or the home itself. I just have a hard time seeing the median home price in San Diego dropping to the low $300k, DC to $270k & Miami $225k.Originally posted by beelzebabette View Post
