Bobby Crosby placed on waivers and he was not claimed. I guess no one in MLB really believes in his potential anymore. It also appears he isn't at the top of the depth chart for the A's at SS. It is unfortunate that no one claimed him because it would have been nice to have the extra 5 million to work with.
